Jacqueline Chandler, MA HR, MA PA
Jacqueline Chandler is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of I AM
PROOF®. She has an undergraduate degree in business and sociology
from University of Maryland and holds master's degrees in Human Resource
Development and Public Administration from Webster University. She is
also a twenty three year Air Force veteran, participating in a plethora of
community activities involving families and youth programs. She is a mother,
grandmother, sister, spouse, daughter and a confident business
Jacqueline became very interested in mentoring programs because she
witnessed in her community how confused boys and young men were of their
own self concept; not familiar with self determination, self confidence as well
as what they have to offer to their communities, places of worship or even
their position in their own families. Jacqueline has also seen young men
being turned over to other people who were not even aware of their own
direction in life and not competent or skilled to provide a frame of reference
or even useful life skills to their wards.
"Some of the people we leave our boys with give them back to us a troubled soul, without a vision for where they are
headed; it is so easy to lose your way. So many young boys and young men are waiting for a direction. I believe that
inherent in every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life.I AM PROOF® will take them there. All young people require
is motivation, inspiration and someone or something greater than themselves to help prove their self worth. I AM PROOF®
will provide life skills needed to build character and self determination. We are here to start something!"

“It’s time to teach young boys how to become young men! There are some basic elements of respect missing from the
homes, schools, and communities where our young folks are born and being raised. It’s never too late. Some young folks
just need a little outside help, wisdom, and guidance to grow. I believe each young person requires an outlet which they
can explore new information, learn about themselves, and interact with others in a safe and trusting environment. I AM
PROOF can assist in building strong, confident, and focused leaders of the future. Our innovative group mentoring
program produces incredible results!”

Parents Assisting Youths (PAY) - a mentoring program for parents and has taught relationship
"US prisons and juvenile facilities are filled with young men and boys who may be looking at a
brighter future had a mentor been part of their influential years. Research indicates that kids
who have good relationships with their mentors have higher chances of attaining academic
success, and have lower chances of experiencing drugs and alcohol. A mentor not only invests in a kid’s life through regular
time spent with them but also helps them establish an action plan, present outlets for new chances and challenges, and
provide them the inspiration to realize their dreams and goals. I am proof that mentors make a difference. I’m from a single
parent home, and I have had mentors from my early years, during my military career, my academic career as well and still
today mentors are a part of my life. I want to experience the satisfaction of assisting and guiding young men to grow, advance,
and attain their goals."
"The young men of today deal with conflict on many different levels on a daily basis. They must be taught how to manage the
stressors of adolescence during this tumultuous time. IAMPROOF™ provides their young men some of the essential life
skills essential to handling conflict in a productive and peaceful manner."
